About Us 

    From the early 1950's until 1980, Clayton Burgardt ran City Sanitary Service in the city of Little Falls.  Two of his sons, Gregg and Gary, bought the business from Clayton and split it into two separate company's.  Gregg ran City Sanitary Commercial while Gary ran City Sanitary Residential. 

    In 2005, Gregg purchased City Sanitary Residential from Gary.  Both business's now operate under City Sanitary Commercial Inc. by Gregg and his son Chris. City Sanitary Commercial Inc. also employs 1 full time and 2 part time workers. 

    Throughout the years, Gregg has expanded his business tremendously since  he first took it over in 1980 with 1 garbage truck.  City Sanitary Commercial Inc.  now runs 2 garbage trucks, 3 roll off trucks, and 1 recycling truck.  They have been and will continue to serve the Little Falls community with their outstanding refuse and recycling service's.
